08 January 2024, Palestinian Territories, Rafah: Children surround Palestinian doctor Fidaa Al-Qurshali as she treats a boy outside her tent-clinic the Rafah camps. Al-Qurshali, who holds a Master's degree in Public Health Sciences from Jerusalem's Al-Quds University, has converted her tent in the Rafah camps to a makeshift clinic providing free treatment to people and children who were displaced with their families due to the ongoing war. The World Health Organization has warned about the escalation of infectious diseases and diarrhea among children in one of the displacement camps in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
